How to Join:

A. Instant Cash

a. Buy specially marked Kopiko Blanca (single) sachet or Kopiko Brown (single) sachet

b. Look inside the pack for instant cash prize (P1000, P500, P100)

B. Traditional Proof of Purchase

a. Participants will have to place proof of purchase in an envelope. Proof-of-purchase will be either two (2) empty single serve sachet of KOPIKO BLANCA / KOPIKO BROWN OR two (2) empty twin packs of KOPIKO BLANCA / Promo Twin packs of KOPIKO BROWN PROMO TWIN OR one (1) label of Kopiko Iced Blanca / Kopiko Iced Brown / Kopiko Iced Black 3inOne. (At least ¾ size of the original sachet, no severe damage aside from the normal tearing and cutting of the top and/or corner; burnt, faded or mutilated wrappers will not be considered valid.). Sachets must be valid or not expired during the duration of the promo.

b. The following details must be handwritten on the envelope:

c. Participants shall drop their entries in selected drop boxes located at the following:

d. Submission of entries is from April 29 to September 1, 2018.

How to Win:

A. Instant Cash

1. Simply buy and look inside the specially marked packs for instant cash prize

2. Bring winning product/sachet to Cebuana Lhuillier to claim cash prize.

3. Winning sachet will be surrendered to outlet upon redemption of cash prize.

B. Traditional Proof of Purchase

1. Daily Draw

a. For 15 weeks beginning May 21, 2018 to August 31, 2018, there will be ten (10) winners of Php 20,000 per day (Monday to Fridays only) per region (GMA, NOL, SOL, VIS, & MIN). There will be a total of 3750 winners.

1. Weekly Draw

a. For 15 weeks beginning May 27 to September 2, 2018, there will be one (1) winner of Mitsubishi Xpander car (every Sunday) per region (GMA, NOL, SOL, VIS, & MIN). There will be a total of 75 winners

1. For the daily and weekly draw, draw will be conducted at the drop box locations which has been randomly selected as witnessed and attested by the promo agency, Vouno Representative, FDA Representative, and/or store outlet representative. An authorized DOH-FDA representative will be invited and/or notified to witness and attest the selection of winners at least one (1) week before the activity. To determine the locations where the actual draws for the daily and weekly winners will be done, a pre-scheduled random draw will be conducted any time prior to the actual draw week. If for any reason the draw is not held on any pre-scheduled random draw, then on the next business day as the parties may deem reasonable or fit for the purpose. The pre-scheduled random draw will be done at 2264 Rubi St. San Andres Bukid, Manila and witnessed by the promo agency, Vouno representative, and FDA representative"

a. Drop boxes will be monitored regularly, retrieved and replaced as needed, and warehoused by the third party contractor, Active Logistics

b. All daily and weekly random draw activities shall be properly documented and reported by the third party contractor, Active Logistics to Vouno Trade and Marketing Services Corp. every after the completion of the activity.

1. Grand Draw

a. There will be a total of six (6) grand prize winners:

i. Three (3) grand prize winners of a brand new Mercedes-Benz (specification depending on availability), tax-free. Delivery and other expenses to be shouldered by winner.

ii. Three (3) grand prize winner of Php 3,000,000 cash. Tax shall be shouldered by winner.

b. Winners of the grand draw will be announced on September 23, 2018 during Sunday Pinasaya aired on GMA Network. Grand draw will be on September 14, 2018 at a location to be determined by the company to be witnessed and attested by the promo agency, Vouno representative and FDA representative. An authorized DOH-FDA representative will be invited and/or notified to witness and attest the selection of winners at least one (1) week before the grand draw.

Guidelines

A. Instant Cash

a. A participant can win as many times. In the event of a person claiming for two (2) instant cash prize, both prizes can be won.

b. Cash prize are tax free.

c. All instant cash prizes must be claimed / redeemed within sixty (60) days after grand draw. Otherwise, such will be forfeited in favor of VOUNO upon prior approval of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

d. Winners are required to provide TIN as per BIR requirement

B. Traditional Proof of Purchase

a. All non-winning entries for the daily and weekly draws are still eligible to win in the succeeding daily, weekly draws and the grand draw.

b. Submission of entries is until September 1 2018. All non-winning entries from the daily and weekly draws awill be included in the grand draw.

c. Participants can only win once per daily or weekly draw. If a participant’s name is drawn more than once in a single raffle draw for the week, the entry will be void and another will be drawn in its place. Previous winners from the daily and weekly draws are still eligible for the succeeding draws and grand draw.

d. If a participant wins more than once in the National Grand Draw, the prize of the higher value will be awarded to the winner. The prize of the lower value shall be raffled off again by randomly selecting another entry.

e. All raffle prizes must be claimed on within sixty (60) days after grand draw. Otherwise, such will be forfeited in favor of VOUNO upon prior approval of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

f. Winners will be subject to verification. Third party agency and VOUNO representative must check participant’s complete information and authenticity of proof-of-purchase (2 single serve sachets of KOPIKO BLANCA / KOPIKO BROWN OR 2 twin packs KOPIKO BLANCA TWIN / 2 Promo Twin packs of KOPIKO BROWN PROMO PACK / 1 label of KOPIKO ICED BLANCA / BROWN/ BLACK 3inOne)

g. Winners shall shoulder other expenses (food, accommodations, travel, etc.) that will be incurred during the pick-up or claiming of prizes.

h. VOUNO reserves the right to publish and/or broadcast any winners’ names, addresses, photos and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation to the winners.

i. Winners shall pay the 20% tax for cash prizes exceeding P10,000 including other related taxes. Other related expenses (including delivery of car) will be shouldered by winner.

j. Prizes are non-convertible to cash.

i. 5 winners of a Mitsubishi Xpander (specification may vary, depending on availability) per region (1 each from GMA, South Luzon, North Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao) (5 winners x 15 weeks) = Total of 75

c. Grand Draw

i. Three (3) winners of a brand new Mercedes-Benz (specification may vary, depending on availability), tax-free. Delivery and other charges shall be shouldered by the winner.

ii. Three (3) winners of P3,000,000.00 cash.

Procedure in the Notification of Winners

A. Instant Cash Prize

a. Instant cash prize will be indicated inside the sachet.

b. Winning sachet must be presented and submitted to redeem cash prize at any Cebuana Lluillier outlet.

c. Winners are required to present TIN and one (1) valid ID. IDs accepted are the following:

i. Passport, including those issued by foreign government

ii. Driver’s License

iii. PRC ID

iv. NBI Clearance

v. Police Clearance

vi. Postal ID

vii. Voter’s ID

viii. Barangay Certification

ix. GSIS e-card

x. SSS card

xi. Senior Citizen Card

xii. OWWA ID

xiii. OFWID

xiv. Seaman’ Book

xv. Alien Certification of Registration / Immigrant Certificate of Registration

xx. Company ID issued by private entities or institutions registered with or supervised or regulated either by BSP, SEC or IC.

d. Winners will sign on acknowledgement receipts confirming receipt of the prize. If the winner is below 18 years of age, a parent or a legal guardian with one (1) valid IDs (as listed above) must accompany them when claiming.

B. Traditional Proof of Purchase

A. Winners will be notified through phone call or text message from official representative of third party agency and through registered mail.

B. Daily winners will be announced during Eat Bulaga. Weekly winners will be announced during Sunday Pinasaya every Sunday between 12 - 2pm on GMA Network. Grand draw winners will be announced during Sunday Pinasaya and ASAP on Sunday. Winners will also be announced through Kopiko Philippines Facebook page (facebook.com/KopikoPhilippines).

C. Prizes will be released to winners at least 30 days after notification.

D. Daily, Weekly and Grand draw winners will be notified and met by representatives from Vouno or its third- party agency to verify winner and award cash or check prize. Winners are required to present TIN and two (2) valid government-issued IDs. (Passport, Voter’s ID, SSS, TIN ID, Driver’s license, Senior citizen’s ID, etc.). Winners will sign on acknowledgement receipts confirming receipt of the prize.

a. If the winner is below 18 years of age, a parent or a legal guardian with two (2) valid government-issued IDs (Passport, Voter’s ID, SSS, TIN ID, Driver’s license, Senior citizen’s ID, etc.) must accompany them when claiming.

b. Store partner winners should present proof of ownership and will undergo verification from the third party agency. Store partner winners will be verified based on declared store name and address as seen on the winning raffle entry.

c. In the event that the winner does not possess any ID, an affidavit of declaration will be signed by the winner as witnessed by third party agency. The said document will be notarized by VOUNO.

Qualification/Disqualification

All legal residents of the Philippines are eligible to join the raffle.

All employees of ABS-CBN Network/ASAP/GMA Network/Sunday Pinasaya/ Eat Bulaga, partner radio stations, third party agencies of Vouno Trade and Marketing Services Corporation (Vouno), Tridharma Marketing Corporation (TMC) and Ecossential Foods Corp. (EFC), along with their affiliates, and any of their contractors, subcontractors, service providers, their respective employees’ spouses and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity (including relatives by legal adoption) and all other persons connected with any of these individuals and entities are excluded from joining the promo.
