as always, the script auto-selects using anu quantum random number server api, if there's less than three eligible it will ofcourse not carry over a vote to the next day as votes per day are limited

right, the script works but for some reason it doesnt call the re-steem command from cron, lets hope thats fixed and see
using random number from system now to speed up and prevent lagging out at ANU
discord here. (leave msg im not there constantly and my secretary is on holiday until i make a million dollars from steem)
