“Building Successful Steemians”

Today am inspired to begin a school of steem In Uganda

Through this initiative am going to entirely be teaching people about steem and Crypto in general.

The reason as to why I have termed this ‘school of steem’ is because it’s going to be entirely learning about steem and on boarding people onto the steem blockchain.

Through this school:

Am going to be keeping a track on the progress of the different steem newbies in Uganda to ensure that they keep active while contributing valuable content on the steem blockchain.

There will be consistent Mentoring of newbies about the different smart strategies geared towards making them successful steemians.

Encouraging everyone to make an investment in steem depending on how much one can afford at the moment. Even those with little will be motivated to invest the little they have. With the knowledge that the little by little investment amounts to a huge amount of investment at a later stage. I believe that if every newbie is trained and inspired as early as possible concerning the need and importance of making an investment in steem and if these respond positively by investing in steem then with time the value of steem will go up.

Each week there will be a specific topic about the steem blockchain to be discussed and will be answering the different questions that may arise from the different steem students.

I will be supporting them through upvoting and curating on their quality content to encourage them in their steem journey.

I will be teaching various people about the steem blockchain and the different decentralised applications built on it. Where I will be guiding many of them in creating accounts with dlive, dtube, steepshot, dsound.

I will be holding weekly classes on a specified day in the week that is favourable for the majority of steemians.

I will be helping many newbies to create steem accounts and keep track of them through making some phone calls to find out whether their accounts have been approved and I will be blogging about the list of them. The moment they are approved I will personally guide them in making their first introductory post.

Am going to be mentoring and encouraging my steem students about promoting steem and will lead them in the various Steem promotional strategies suchas sensitising people on streets about steem, traveling to the different universities and sensitising students about steem and reaching out to people in the various public places all in the name of raising the banner of steem and attract many to the steem blockchain.

There will be an organisation of community engagement activities such as organising sports events with a purpose of attracting many to the steem blockchain.

Due to its being at an initial stage, there are no permanent premises for these classes. They will be held in different favourable places that I will always be communicating about.
Reasons for holding such classes.

There are very many newbies that are stranded due to a lack of support, guidance and enough close attention. I believe through this initiative a sense of closeness and commitment to helping these steemians is going to be fostered.

This initiative is geared towards building a great Uganda steem community that is committed and goal oriented which in turn will add value to steem.

We shall be establishing a Steem office in Uganda Soon as we progress in this great plan.
