Thanks for pointing out that I failed to add you to this one, as I had you in the last one (#5). I was much delayed in putting this one out, and had to do a whole bunch of cutting-pasting, and surely left out some bits. I just went in and added you to the "contributors" section, and will continue adding you into the future.n
