Ambassadors Of Steemit- The Why's and Hows

Hello Fellow Steemians,
Many are called but few are chosen. I know we all virtually cannot do the same thing on steemit but we all can do somethings to promote steemit. We are all human beings. I am a Ghanaian and a student in the University of Ghana, whiles you are who you are. Most likely, not from Ghana but basically, we all brush our teeth every morning. This is because the benefit of brushing our teeth surpasses that of any other so we cant afford not to. Analogically, we are all steemians but in different writing communities. We can all promote steemit in one way or the other if we value the benefits we would receive from promoting it. Promoting steemit is basically like brushing your teeth. Its a necessity not a want.
We all need to brush our teeth.

WHY I PROMOTE STEEMIT
If you might be wondering why you need to do this task, let me establish some truths about promoting steemit.

1. Promoting steemit makes you a leader. Once someone signs up on steemit because you introduced him/her, you automatically become a mentor to the fellow. You just made yourself a long lasting good buddy who will reward you awesomely in the near future with upvotes, motivation, gratitude and many others.

2. There is a self satisfaction in promoting steemit. Sometimes the reward alone doesnt give the joy you prefer. Thats why there are communities on steemit. I personally think, we all need to set up achievable goals to celebrate on steemit. With no goals, one cannot celebrate a milestone. Thats why you need such a milestone setter. Joining a community makes it easier to set a milestone and get fulfilled. Promo-steem is the best place to achieve that as your work is evidential on your blog. The more people you introduce, the better you feel on your blog.
   

   

3. There is a reward aspect to promoting steemit. Promo-steem is the set community that is dedicated to reward promoters of steemit. Though every one can reward your post, there is a dedicated team that does this and they do it really well that no post goes unrewarded.
   
   Take a look at this screenshot. Though not the top trending post but promo steem rewards well so get on board now.

4. Its a self duty. Many of us are on different affiliate programs and are doing really well but don't realize that we can do even better by promoting steemit. You don't really need to be paid directly as the main glory in promoting steem is to elevate the price of steemit. When we promote steemit, there will be more people registering and that will lead to more investors. There is a kind of opportunity that comes along with numbers. Investors and businesses will only join a community so large to reach out to more people and make an impact. We all need to make sure this happens and its our duty whether we know it or yes.

Enough talking about the why. If you are not convinced by now about joining the promo-steem campaign, you were never a candidate to join. So i will move on to how we can do this promotion.

1. Word of mouth. All your friends and families are waiting for is for you to recommend steemit to them. Most people hardly talk about steemit to people who dont know it. We often love to share it with all those on the platform already. By just recommending steemit to somebody can lead to him joining. So lets go out and speak the word.

2. By organising a promo-activity with banners and posters. This is quite involving and involves investing some money into it. @starkerz made a statement in his steemfest presentation that if you need pre-finance loan for any campaign activity, just link up with him and you will be pre funded in hopes to pay back sometime later. All you need to get started with poster creation is link up with a graphic designer to get you a poster, then you start posting it at notice boards in your schools, public areas and others. Remember to leave a link to you on your poster most likely, your blog name or your phone number will do as some people will love to enquire about the program and how to register.

3. You can also promote steemit through social media. Its easy catching a fish if you are on the sea than when you are on the land. Other social media like facebook, twitter, whatsapp and the rest gives the opportunity to promote steemit in a whole new level. On these platforms, your audience remains unlimited and you can make great impact if you do it really well. I personally have a promo page on facebook and whatsapp which help me to promote steemit very well.
   All you have to do to promote steemit on other social media is to show your activites to people. You can screenshot it and share it for the world to see. The curious ones will always find it.

4. Promoting steemit using steemit branded shirts and others. Most at times i get questioned what steemit is when i am in my steemit branded shirt. The shirt is an advertising tool that promotes steemit without you doing anything. All you need to do is to wear it.
   
   People will ask you what steemit is and you will get the opportunity to introduce them to this awesome program. I personally made this shirt with the help of @ackza to promote steemit through a dance group and they are doing it in various programs they attend.
