APRRECIATING ENUGU STEEMIT ADMIN FOR INTRODUCING HAPPY HOUR

I wrote this post to appreciate @enugu-steem admin for their relentless effort in community building @gee1 @theheralds @sparklez @setapart.

I will not fail to commend all the members for being with us as we strive to move enugu-steem forward. Thanks to @emjoe @charlescarter @bendollar @simplicitytech @uniqueknowledge @chineduprecious @spark92 @nellyprecy for keeping our whatsapp group warm.

My definition for a true leadership is that leadership is all about being pragmatic, setting the pace and rendering selfless service.
Through the effort of this great leaders in the house we were able to host enugu steemit ignite honored by great steemians nation wide, your effort is quite commendable.

THE CHALLENGE
It is very dishearten after introducing someone to steemit they quit because of lack of support. In line with this enugu-steem admin has designed ways of helping minnows to grow. Right now from the contribution from members of the community we are waiting for an Sp lease from minnow booster. This Sp will be used to vote and encourage minnow as a result they will be motivated to start making quality post because we are not going to curate low quality post.

As a way of encouraging newbies we created a whatsapp group where we incubate and train newbies, we also make the whatsapp group lively by organizing what I tag happy hour, in this happy hour we give out SBD to people who participated and @gee1 has what she called fun time with @gee1 where she feature man/woman crush, throwback Thursday and Sunday selfie we incorporated this into our group to always keep it warm.

@sparklez created a whatsapp promoting channel where people promote their post and get upvotes from co-participants and currently he is working on our discord group.

Finally to show how enthusiastic the admin are, on 18th of march 2018 we will have our third meet-up for the year. In this meet-up we will review our project and ways we can move enugu-steem to a greater height.

Enugu-steem God has lifted us higher so support our vision… let the servant be even greater than the master.
