HOW WE TERMINATED OUR BUSINESS PLAN AND JOINED STEEMIT
some people would take more selfies than join steemit
well, not my friends
I just got a new company on steemit, today
yeah these are my friends from the same location, we have studied together for 2 years now.
We had a business to start up, it was a good idea, an it related business, three of us are pursuing a degree in computer science and the fourth friend of mine graduated with a bachelor in business computing.
Our aim was to code for students who needed projects in time, design databases and sell computers and software. We had planned this for about six months, got a place and we were about to start off.
Now am doing steemit full time, my friends just signed up and waiting for confirmation.
what happened to the business you may ask
well, we had to get a place to rent, in a good location moreover, it would cost about 2.4millions uganda shillings, thats a lot of money for student to invest into uncertainty.
we had to buy furniture and other requirements to use in the business, these included computers, routers, large monitors, and many more that seemed irrelevant at the start of the business, it would cost up to 5million uganda

Behind us is the outside of the place we had planned to put our business, and as you can see there are a
lot of posters and advertisements. We had to to make ours too for the visibility our business.
we had to pay annually for the post that leads customers to our business.
We had to pay some more money for some security. speaking about security we had to lock our offices with big padlocks.
If that building caught fire! i just don't know, but
I think you get the point.
It was just common sense, this business was lacking in efficiency, it was such a disappointment we did not think about it earlier.
When we heard about steemit, it sounded too good to be true, here we are steeming , and encouraging more steemians to join daily.
It's interesting how so many people are positive about steemit, especially if you show them that you were able to withdraw some money,
lasttime me and my friend jaraumoses signed up some new members.
looks like more people a getting to know about cryptocurrencies in our university especially the bitcoin and steemit at very faster rate. we are so hopeful.

www.utopian.io You can create software to give away for free and earn steem by doing it for opensource projects. With the big jump in price of steem and SBD it is so cool that you can earn more here than dealing with all the overhead of a business location. Keep building your community and sharing the results and before you now it you will build a big community. I hope you can help many of your friends out with sharing your journey together. Good luck my fellow steemian we are all on this ride together.

also to let you know sell your SBD on the market under the wallet tab when you click on Steem Blockchain Dollars you can go to Market. There you can sell your SBD for Steem and when SBD is selling for $13 usd and Steem is $3. usd then you can get more like 3 times more steem this way. Then you will want to power it up. This gives you vesting think of it like holding stock in a company only you are holding Steem as a Power up This makes your vote bigger and gives you more bandwidth on the platform. One other way to increase your rewards earned is to use busy.org as your blockchain explorer The advantage is that the busy bot will come upvote you if you use the page and use the hashtag busy this can really make a difference for you guys.

It's true. The traditional 'brick and mortor' businesses are getting increasingly harder to maintain because of higher overhead (and local fiats losing value).
Coming to Steemit was an excellent idea!
