Community Partnerships and Community Promoters
As the #Steemit Platform continues to grow and the number of Communities and the size of the Communities on #Steemit grow in proportion, it is very important that everyone understands that this growth is most certain to outstrip the growth of the inflationary #Steem rewards pool and the amount of #Steem that is available for distribution on daily basis.
This divergence in the growth of the two is something that I have been extremely concerned about for a while now and I have often brought these concerns up in a number of posts.
In order for #Steem to scale to the dizzy heights
In order for #Steem to scale to the dizzy heights that we are all dreaming of it is important that the perception of value added to the #Steem Blockchain in each and every post is reflected in the quality of the content.
With what is essentially a limited supply of newly mined #Steem created and held in the rewards pool it is imperative that this pool is distributed in such a way as to reflect the perception of the value of #Steem as a whole.
One area that I have been very anxious to see put in place is a mechanism that rewards true added value content and it is for this that I have concentrated on the Marketing and Promoting of #Steem and #Steemit to ensure that a proportion of the rewards pool is distributed to those Promoting #Steem.

Recently I talked about the introduction of #Steemit Community Promoters to help with the distribution of valuable content that focuses on the Marketing and Promoting of #Steem and #Steemit and for those that may have missed the Post here is another chance to read what I said.

Proposal to Introduce the use of #Steemit Community Promoters
Hope you are all well and are all having a great weekend.
Thanks to @xpilar and the comment left on my recent Blog I would like to once again talk about the growing numbers of Communities now on #Steemit and whether the feature of having these Communities on the Platform are being used to it's maximum potential.
With a concentration of a particular theme and common interest formed in these expanding Communities some of these Communities are potentially now harvesting a huge concentration of followers, with many Communities now exceeding +1,000 Members.
It is this concentration of followers and Community Members that I propose the #Steemit Community now taps into to help Market and Promote #Steem and #Steemit.
My Proposal - Introducing the use of #Steemit Community Promoters
After being prompted earlier by @xpilar in a recent comment, I propose we introduce the use of #Steemit Community Promoters to the #Steemit Communities.
Working alongside the Administrative Members of the various Communities a #Steemit Community Promoter would be tasked with identifying those Promotional Activities that are promoting #Steem and #Steemit and "pin" them at the top of the Community Page for a period of time.
For instance this could be #Contest or #Promo-Steem Activity relevant to the theme and interest of the Community.
As a simple administrative role given to the #Steemit Community Promoters I will be on the lookout for those Promotional Blogs promoting #Steemit and #Steem and offering as many as I can a generous upvote and reward.

I have shown my response to the idea suggested by @jesusremaj7 above and fully support the idea going forward.
Having a "link" between #Steemit Communities that will help out with the Marketing and Promoting of #Steem and #Steemit will ensure that those Promoting #Steem will have a better chance of having their Promotional Activities more exposure if their work was promoted.
Scaling #Steem
There is never a better time than the presence to talk about the scaling of #Steem and I strongly believe that this time is now.
As a Decentralised and fully Open-Sourced Blockchain with a Zero Budget for Marketing and Promoting it is imperative that the value added to #Steem through Marketing is fully appreciated and that sufficient #Steem is distributed from the rewards pool to reflect this value.

I want to thanks @jesusremaj7 for explaining this concept perfectly. It can be a great way to solve every problem of #steemit by promoting #steem and #steemit. I also agree with him that, no this platform is no running by right way. We should understand the motive of steemit. We are dividing this #steemit. But we should support each others though we are from different community. Community doesn't matter for helping each others because we all are #Steemit users.
This concept should be spread over #steemit.

Steemit has started community system so that we can achive rewards together and help each others. But we are only doing this in only our community. If we can make link in many communities , it would much better. We should support and help each other's community. It will help to maximize the rewards of every community. Partnership between communities is very important and it will help to support #promo-steem project too.

There are many popular community on #steemit and they have huge number of subscribers. If they make partnership with PromoSteem community and help to promote #promo-steem project in their community , then the work of this project will be easier than before. Like that other community will promote their ideas by PromoSteem community. By this way we can do our job easily and quickly.

There are many country-wise community and they are supporting each others nationally. So they are disconnected from another communities . But if they make partnership with other communities they can improve their community together. This concept is really very effective to grow together on #steemit. We have to make connection in many communities and they should make partnership among them. This concept will help very much to promote #steem all over the #steemit.
