Recently we made an announcement to launch #promo-steem, a Global Marketing and Promotions Initiative for the Marketing and Promoting of STEEM and STEEMIT globally.

Following the successful roll out of #promo-uk in the U.K. we have decided to leverage this success and support other users in other Countries who have the energy, drive and ambition to promote STEEMIT by supporting their initiatives.

Though there is still a lot of work to be done in the U.K. with #promo-uk we feel that we have a solid foundation to build on and are happy to share this success with others.

The proposal of #promo-steem is to essentially promote and help kick start local promotional and marketing initiatives.
