A growing army of #Steem Promoters need your support.!!

As the number of users choosing to Market and Promote #Steem and making this their Core Activity and Mission of their Blogs it is very important that these users are not forgotten about.

With an army of #Steem Promoters beginning to form it is important that the number of Supporters available to support them grows proportionately.

For instance, for every x10 new #Steem Promoters I believe that we need to find at least x1 new #Steem Supporter to help reward them through curation.

This growing army of #Steem Promoters needs feeding

Over the past few months I have watched with great enthusiasm as more and more #Steem Promoters join the growing number of users to help out with the Marketing and Promoting of #Steem but at the same time have been somewhat a little bit disappointed that the rewards for these Promoters have tapered off over time.

What I think is really happening is that the growing army of #Steem Promoters that need feeding is being supported by a levelled number of #Steem Supporters when in reality the number of #Steem Supporters that is needed should also be rising to accommodate this growing number of Promoters.

Short-term returns versus a Long-term investment horizon

In order for the Marketing and Promoting of #Steem to be scaled up and those choosing to promote #Steem be rewarded sufficiently for them to continue, I once again think it is important that this issue is addressed if these concerns are in fact correct.

Over the past few years I have tried my best to support as many as I can that are promoting #Steem but cannot feel somewhat worried that there may be a drain on the rewards pool from those looking to maximise their voting return without realising that over the longer period they may in fact be doing more harm to their investment.

This is a worry that I have been having for the past few years and though I have tried to address this concern on a number of occasions, I feel I have failed miserable over the years to get the message across.

Unless this weighted performance between short-term returns and a long term investment horizon is addressed I am afraid that my concerns on this may prove sadly true.
