PHILANTHROPIC ACTS OF HELPING THE FIRE VICTIMS

Dear friends,
I would like to share with you our PHILANTHROPIC ACTS OF HELPING THE FIRE VICTIM last Sunday. For more information you can read to my first post STEEMPH: READY FOR PHILANTHROPIC ACTS AND PROMOTING STEEMIT.
At around 4:oo pm we went to Pasill Cebu Sport complex. We were accompanied of some barangay officials to distribute the gifts.
like, clothes, rice, cantoon and meat.
When we entered in their places, they welcomed us with a beautiful smiles. And everybody rushed to form a line for they are excited to received gifts.
One of the good qualities of being Filipino is we know how to smile no matter what.
There were ten volunteers who worked with me and some barangay officials also. There were 100 families who had received the gifts. They also received a donation from another community.
We started giving at around 4:50 pm and ended at around 6:00 pm.
The event was successful by the help of this group,

They were having fun taking a a bath together. It's more fun in Philippines.
Let's take a look of their houses; some of them were still fixing. Trying to restore their house again.

It was a blessed Sunday for us. Since it was a Sabbath day. We attended mass in Basilica del Santo Niño.
before going to the church we need to ride a jeep. It is a common transportations of all Pilipinos.
While walking at the streets, there were a lot of street foods like...
BALOT
When you are bored you can buy a guitar...
You will be never be thirsty, water is always available in every corner worth of 20 pesos.
Basilica del Santo Niño was attended by a thousand of devotees.

I really love voluntary works... hopefully, I will be able to join one of your charity works! It gives me so much joy and I miss walking in the streets of Colon, Pasil, Carbon and most especially going to Sto. Niño Church!
