If we are an investor who invests money into stocks or buys something like property, when will we expect profit from that investment ..?

What is the answer when we sell it back later ..

Let's look at the following illustration:

Today my friend bought a land in one village for Rp 100,000,000, - in cash. A few days later, I also bought a land in front of the land that my friend bought me but with the price of Rp 75.000.000, - also with the form of cash. Here we can see with the same location and area, I get a lower price than my friends with the price difference Rp 25.000.000, - even with a longer time.

Then my friend argued that one day the price of the land will be doubled and can be sold at Rp 150.000.000, -. Means I will also be able to sell my land at a price of Rp 150.000.000, -. So from the illustration it seems that with a smaller capital I can sell at a high price and get a bigger profit.

So the profit actually got the result is not when we sell it but when we get it or when to buy it. The cheaper we buy than others then the greater the chance of profit in the can. The need for an opportunity to get something at a lower price, one of them by buying when the price drops or when others sell at the lowest price compared to others.

The same applies to investors in cryptocurrency like Steem. We buy it not when the price will soon rise so so up from the previous price we sell it and get a little profit. But buy when the price is falling so that when the price rises as high - high then we get much greater profits than others who just bought it when prices are rising.

Let's use the right time to invest in Steem and do not forget to continue to do promo-steem to investors, especially for active Steemit users, so the greater the opportunity Steem prices rise.

Jika kita seorang investor yang menginvestasikan uang ke dalam bentuk saham atau membeli sesuatu barang seperti properti, kapan kita akan mengharapkan keuntungan dari investasi tersebut..?
Apakah jawaban nya saat kita menjual nya kembali nanti..

Mari kita simak ilustrasi berikut ini :
Hari ini kawan Saya membeli sebuah tanah di salah satu desa dengan harga Rp 100.000.000,- dalam bentuk cash. Beberapa hari kemudian, saya juga membeli sebuah tanah di lokasi depan tanah yang dibeli kawan Saya tapi dengan harga Rp 75.000.000,- juga dengan bentuk cash. Disini kita bisa melihat dengan lokasi dan luas yang sama, Saya mendapatkan harga lebih rendah daripada kawan Saya dengan selisih harga Rp 25.000.000,- malah dengan waktu yang lebih lama.

Lalu kawan Saya berkilah bahwa suatu saat harga tanah tersebut akan berlipat ganda dan bisa dijual dengan harga Rp 150.000.000,-. Berarti Saya juga akan bisa menjual tanah saya tersebut dengan harga Rp 150.000.000,-. Jadi dari ilustrasi tersebut terlihat bahwa dengan modal yang lebih kecil saya bisa menjual dengan harga yang tinggi dan mendapatkan keuntungan yang lebih besar.

Jadi sebenarnya keuntungan didapat hasil bukan dikala kita menjualnya tapi saat kita mendapatkannya atau saat membelinya. Semakin murah kita membeli dibandingkan orang lain maka semakin besar peluang keuntungan yang di dapat. Perlunya sebuah peluang untuk mendapatkan sesuatu dengan harga yang lebih rendah, salah satunya dengan membeli disaat harga turun atau disaat orang lain menjual dengan harga yang paling rendah dibandingkan orang lain.

Begitu juga berlaku bagi investor di cryptocurrency seperti Steem. Kita membeli nya bukan di saat harga akan segera naik sehingga gitu naik dari harga sebelumnya kita menjual nya dan mendapatkan sedikit keuntungan. Tapi belilah saat harga sedang turunnya sehingga saat harga naik setinggi - tingginya maka kita mendapatkan keuntungan jauh lebih besar daripada orang lain yang baru membeli nya saat harga sedang naik.

Mari kita manfaatkan waktu yang tepat untuk berinvestasi di Steem dan tidak lupa untuk terus melakukan promo-steem kepada investor terutama bagi pengguna Steemit aktif, sehingga semakin besar peluang harga Steem semakin naik.
