The team's first professional responsibility is to the newbies. The educational, personal and social needs of all NEWBIES within the #STEEMIT community are the main focus in the planning and delivery of the meet up. The Ghanaian team recognizes the adverse needs of newbies and when newbies require specialized intensive or long-term guidance beyond what they may reasonably be expected to provide.
