HIGHLIGHTS FROM STEEM MEETUP IBADAN

In a failed government and economy, the block chain technology is the best option to help our youths earn a living. That is why I'm actively involved in promoting the Steem block chain.

I travelled from Kaduna to attend the Ibadan Steem meetup, it was a 14 hours journey which was worth it. I love promoting the Steem Block chain and meetups are a way of introducing new people as well as Strengthening the Nigerian community. The Ibadan community did a lot of good work which resulted to a massive crowd at the meetup.

I met a lot of Steemians both old and new, that have been making impact on their various communities.

Many distinguished Steemians gave lectures on Steemit and Cryptocurrencies.

@tojukaka lectured on Steemit: The foundation, the purpose. He stated how Steemit empowers people and reduce crime.

@gee1 lectured on The newbie's plague: She explained how newbies get disappointed when they don't earn. She encouraged the newbies to consistent and do the right thing.

@ejemai lectured on Stach. An offline Steem hub that enables Steemians to interact and work effectively.

@thelovejunkie lectured on Steemit etiquettes: the social behaviors that governs Steemit. She urged newbies to build relationships, not to Spam and to always reference their work.

@ehiboss lectured on password Security. He stated the importance of saving their password and securing our accounts. He urged us avoid clicking on suspicious links.

@gbenga lectured on Steemit Abuse: plagiarism, Scam, Spam, Tag Spam, Rogue Bots, High- Frequency Posters, Verbal/ Written Abuse etc.

@nairadaddy lectured on how you can build ideas on Steemit. And how Steemit block chain helps to make ideas achievable. And how one can build their business on Steemit. He also talked about @air-clinic

@destinysaid lectured on Steem Apps: He stated how one can create Apps to use on Steemit. He urged everyone to be creative and use the Apps on Steemit to create quality contents.
