The spirit of Giving increased when I became a Steemian July last year. I began to realize the this social platform is not just all about posting and earning. In fact I even earned more when I gave out more.

I am not surprised when the founder of #steem and @appics in her promo video said that the social blockchain in 3rd world countries can even save lives, provide security, welfare and shelter.

So as a beneficiary of steem located in Africa, I believe one of my duty is to help accomplish the statement above. That's why I and my team came up with project @steemcamp via entertainment ( Discovering talents and Beauties via pageant)

Miss Steem Nigeria will be major tool to achieve it because she is meant to be a ceremonial Queen that represents the society or community and getting necessary support from the government via pet project.
But since the centralized form of government can not perform it's civil duties for our communities, We believe the Decentralise government is the best way to support the society.
For example, take a look at how our witness @sircork of @youarehope supports project like @steemithelpinghand and @backtoschool in Nigeria. Recently, He sent a donation of 50sbd to @steemcamp via @hyperfundit fundraising scheme which was very useful to us during our 3 days pre-camp audition with over 70 steem contestant. • As a ceremonial representative between the government and her social, this will be a very big opportunity to publicize Steem to the public, introduce investors from Government parastatuts,fashion houses, multimedia companies and other business owners who are interested in how we change lives via our offline activities/projects.

We have spent Approximately 900 steem and 700sbd so far In achieving Six(6) states audition/meetup tour and three 3 days pre-camp hosting over 70 contestants.

For us to be able to achieve this project successfully, We are currently in need of 2.5million naira which is equivalent to 3000 steem approximately (5/6/2018 current price)

Why such an amount of steem. See reasons below;

Steemcamp will be hosting 35 female for Miss Steem Pageant and 20 talented contestants who qualified from the 6 major geopolitical zone during our city tour

Budget for hosting steemcampers.

• Accommodation for 7 days
  

• feeding and other welfare of 7 days
  

• Pet projects during camp which will be used to score contestants at the grand final day.

• Hall for the grand final performance
  
  

• DJ Sounds service at the grand finale

• Projector to advertise spornors brands, videos and logos.

• Banners, Flyers and tickets. IF we can generate a good amount of money via tickets says if we start publication in time and also bring a popular figure.
  Bringing a popular figure which is very needful for promo steem will cost us 700 thousand naira minimum 930steem. (we are still considering this strategy because it's going to result to a very huge turn out)

• Winners prize for both Miss Steem Nigeria and One Steem stage talent quest. Total price is 1867 steem.

• Media team and coverage of All activities for 7 days
