Greetings everyone. It's been an amazing time out here organizing steemcamp event for the past three months.

After the successful Six State tour, We decided to settle down in Warri city due to the fact that we had more contestants both from One steemstage and Miss Steem Pageantry which will officially kick of today on the 24th - 27th of May.

This will be the knockout state of over 135 contestants that qualified in the first round.

Today I urgently called @nairadaddy of @air-clinic on phone for first aid consultation. Do you know why?

Yesterday, contestants from far locations like Abuja and Lagos arrived late due to the distance. It took some more than 8 hrs on the road.

Today we had morning exercise for those who were willing to as we have not officially kicked off.

Unfortunately for us, we had one contestant down. She became very ill. I thought of having a first aid box/treatment for the main camp grand finale but not for the pre-camp

But thank God for Steemit, thanks God we have @air-clinic
I quickly called @nairadaddy for consultation. He spoke spoke to munijesus for some minutes and told me to take her for treatment. He also said he will send a prescription of medications before I get to the pharmacy.

Firstly we got to the hospital which they wanted to charged us N2,500 for just patient card, then we will pay for lab test before we get a doctors prescription. Dam!! I had no time for that. They said they could not attend to the prescription @nairadaddy sent except we see there own doctor and purchase their card.

So we left for a pharmacy and showed the message above to the pharmacist. With no delay, they attended to us as they also so the contestants in same condition.

So we only paid for the drugs and little funds for their services.

After calculating what we would have spent at the hospital, and also the time we would have wasted, @air-clinic was there for us.

I believe @nairadaddy and team has touched so many lives on the Steem platform by rendering free medical consultation and support to Steemians. I also will love to see them have an offline hub where Steemians can receive free medical treatment from all over the world. It's a dream that will come through. This a viable project @ned and other whales should support. Let's have a project with purpose.
