There are over 7Billion ppl on this earth, very likely nothing we do is original. You do use your toothbrush EVERY DAY, think that makes it less useful?

Brainless Spam-Re-Posts might be good to get downvotes, but I'm not even sure about that, because that kind of content still appeals a lot to casual consumption needs. It creates traffic and therefore it is useful after all.

To make it short, if the same cat picture makes people happy every day again and they upvote it EVERY DAY - why would you stop posting it? To create something new and original that none cares about? Not good.
