What are your thoughts relating to the recent defi stuff and development being done on the steemitwallet github?
Personally, I would love to see more functionalities to the Steemit Wallet, including the storage of other Cryptocurrencies.
I strongly believe that the Steem Ecosystem could be marketed a lot more earlier if there were more Strategic Partnerships forged in the Defi arena.
The potential for Steem and Steemit is mind blowing and is simply limited to creativity and ambition.
I would love to see more Defi Partnerships with other Blockchains, especially when it comes to the utility of Steem as a means to purchase Goods and Services.

A Steem dev recently posted that we have the ability to store TRX in our wallets now.
That is interesting. Any idea on a timeframe on these things?
No. From looking at the Github entries it looks like bug fixes, so most of the heavy lifting maybe done. I think since the Dev posted that we would soon have the capability it should be soon.
That is big news, will be looking out for more info on it. STEEM has been pretty dead in terms of development since the HF happened. In fact, apart from STEEM changing to a month power down and the playing of a diary game, not much as happened at all.
