Steem Power Delegations Incentivized by Airdrops of SMTs future Tokens - New Way of Funding Projects on the Steem Blockchain

Everything on the last couple of weeks was showing that some interesting changes were taking place on the Steem Blockchain. This changes will continue to happen for years, but early on Q3 we might see the Hardfork 20 and then SMTs sometime soon.

@steemhunt started the initiative a few days ago of receiving Steem Power Delegations Incentivized by Airdrops of its SMTs future Tokens , and this is definitely a New Way of Funding Projects on the Steem Blockchain.

In around 24 hours, @steemhunt received 250,000SP delegations from around 100 accounts. An average of 2,500 SP per account. Isn't this incredible?

I came across @taskmaster4450 post, click here were he explains more detail on how this will happen again and again with future projects.

Ultimately, all this transformation will end up on the Steem Blockchain having fewer accounts with a huge amount of SP (Projects), and lots of other smaller accounts with fewer SP. Individual accounts will be distributing their SP on different delegations, to receive SMTs of that project in exchange. Those SMTs once they are publicly traded, will get value, and will pair with Steem to be exchanged.

Isn't this new funding mechanism available on the Steem Blockchain unique and innovative, something unseen in this way in the past?

Isn't this a possible mechanism to get SP Delegations for the @steem-ambassador Guild and #promo-steem?

Well, we have cases like eosDAC from the EOS technology, that was the first to Airdrop its token to EOS token holders, something that is also very innovative and similar. In a bit different way, but following the airdrop initiative, @steemhunt is making an Airdrop approach by getting Steem Power delegations in exchange! Something unique as of now from the Steem Blockchain.

All this will ultimately end on the price of Steem going up (because of its scarcity), since people will buy steem to power up and delegate SP to fund projects and get different Airdrops.
