17 hour to make Steem No.1 again in the Netcoin Contest! Here is the trick to cast unlimited votes.
Less than 17 hours to go before the Free coin listing on Netcoins Contest ended, and we already see a huge competition comes up from the Verge community to dethrone Steem from its short life No. 1 rank.
This is very much expected as everyone would try their best to sprint for the last mile before the finish line. And here I'm gonna share an unlimited vote method which approximately able to cast 1 vote per minute.
You need browser incognito mode and a disposable email service
Here is how, first open the contest page in incognito mode from the browser which usually tied to shortcut CTRL + Shift + N if you are using Chrome.
Secondly, open the Tempmail or you can use other services that do the same thing.
Here is the trick, every time after casting a vote:
- Close the contest page which is in the incognito browser.
- Open it up again and the previous cookies would be cleared.
- Change the Tempmail to a new email address by clicking on the
Changebutton on the left panel. - Rinse and repeat.
Here is some votes I have cast within 5 minutes
Let's keep it pumped till the last second. I started to feel the shame of getting trashed as Steemian usually claim themselves to be the most active crypto community in the space. Let's don't waste the effort of @oracle-d and other Steemians for past few days's of effort and keep it going.

It will only damage our reputation, and its the exact reason Verge is now ahead...
Their fake votes and yours will all probably get purged away, in the end, it only ends up looking bad, and like we are cheaters. Especially with posts like this one documented on the blockchain forever for everyone to see.
Netcoins have stated they will remove fake votes during and after the competition is over before they announce a winner.
It would probably be way more helpful to try to reach people outside of the Steemit ecosystem and get them to vote for us or something, then to try to game the vote.
Even though you are in incognito mode your IP-address is still the same for all of your vote submissions...🤦
I did use an VPN for the voting purpose but I guess it would be too troublesome for normal users to apply it so dont bother mention it.
Sad thing is, if each of the active users are doing their part even each of them just voted 1 time throughout the whole contest, we would be ahead of all the listed contestants. I did my part to promote this contest the right way but it seems like what was not enough.
Casted my votes, remove them or not that's not up to me. And after all, this is just a game.
You understand that we are writing this on a decentralized blockchain platform right? I think our users (even normal ones) can handle a VPN in a how-to guide🤦
Heck, even my youngest sister managed to use a VPN when she was 8 years old with some simple instructions from me...
What you should understand from this contest in relation to the number of active users on the platform is that there are way less of them then you would think. The number you might have heard floating around of "50k active daily users" is utter bullshit. The numbers include bot accounts, and that's why it's looking that high. The number of people taking part in this vote, even after almost all the biggest Steem accounts have promoted it with promises of upvotes tied to them; is probably only somewhere around 3000!
VPN or not, they will probably ignore all the e-mails that sound shady, can't believe I almost missed the chance to vote at least once... this should have been a sticky mega link, cuz it's good for every STEEMIAN, yet it drowns in spam
