In a world of high competitors , where there are over 10,000 other individuals who do just exactly what you do, there is need to constantly improve your skill [what you do] and update the quality of your value in the face of the world.

Distinguish yourself

You may do the same thing as others. Feature in the mission of ten thousand other persons but a good quality and clear vision could take you anywhere and everywhere and even higher than your competitors.

mission can be general and similar, but vision is rare and peculiar.

Mission is what needs to be done, a task, duty or assignment, while vision is an idea or a goal towards which you aspire.

Some folks refer to vision as where you see yourself in the nearest future. Vision might not necessarily be a future implication, it could be immediately. We must understand that vision is immediate because, that is what keeps you in the right course of action. You cannot distinguish yourself without a clear and direct vision.

Why would anyone abandon the other ten thousand individuals just to get to you?

That’s because there's something that makes you different from the other ten thousand individuals. The world is filled with normal people pursuing normal things. You have to separate yourself to an extent where the value of what people get from you will be worth the stress they went through just to reach you.

You have to stand out!
