Sneak peak at the steemit owerri meetup

HELLO STEEMIANS!

Steemit Owerri meet-up was great, @eurogee and the euro nations did a great job organising the meet-up.

The event held on 17th of March 2018 in owerri.

Alot of speakers were present,

It started with @eurogee giving a keynote address,then to @tojukaka who gave a wonder full presentation about the interconnections between Steem, Cryptocurrency, Steemit and the Block chain technology.

@ehiboss spoke on how we could avoid phising baits and how to secure our accounts.

@gloglo talked about witnesses;who they were, what they do and their relevance in the stability of the Steem Blockchain and why their voting is important.

@samstickkz talked about cryptocurrency investments and why steem is the most valuable cryptocurrency to invest in.

@gee1 made an awesome presentation on smart commenting and how it promotes good relationship amongst steemians.

@theheralds talked about flagging and how to avoid being flagged.

@xpency also talked about tags and their relevance in post visibility.

@nairadaddy also gave us a brief explanations of different projects built on the steem Blockchain with focus on Air-clinic, Dmania, Dsound, Busy, Dlive, Zappl and many more

@Micheal cj entertained us with his dance steps and some hot jams which got steemians crazy;it was lit.

The meet-up was great.

Funny enough, this will be my first journey to the east, so technically , I can say ive been to the north, EAST, south and west of Nigeria, Owerri was a nice place to be, loved the experience!
