Oftentimes I hear minnows complain about little earnings sometimes and I begin to wonder if they understand what it would mean if these tokens becomes surplus in the hands of folks who really don't care about expanding the blockchain. It's not all about the steem or SBD!
hey, I don't know what promises or why you joined this community, I think you really need to start thinking in terms of community if to thrive here.
START THINKING IN TERMS OF WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR THIS COMMUNITY AND NOT JUST IN TERMS OF WHAT THIS COMMUNITY CAN DO FOR YOU
After reading this post, I want you to think about those things that make you a valuable person. Think about those things that if you brought to the table, no one would turn you down. This blockchain rewards value.
So, spend your time announcing the worth of who you are through creating valuable contents.

I think minnows need to be re-oriented. I think minnows need to know that their earnings is as a reward of their hard work and creative content. Most of them on hearing that they will earn just dive in and then when they get little or no upvotes they jump out
