Steemph UAE (Dubai & Northern Emirates) Meet & Greet: To the Ends of UAE We Are Family!
Alhamdulillah!
11th of May marked the Third Meetup of Steemph.UAE for Dubai and Northern Emirates Region. After months of waiting for this moment to come, I'm very delighted and grateful that we traveled to meet the steemians residing outside Abu Dhabi. And Yes, our effort to come for them were not put in vain as everyone exerted efforts in making the event successful by coming.
The Preparation (Venue hunting)
The event would not be successful if our Dubai members didn't exerted an effort to find the perfect venue. A big shoutout to @lhynn, @paluchie and @iamdeth. After @iamdeth found an affordabe but a great venue, we have finalized the event.
The Big Day!
The Most Awaited Day
Today is the day and I picked up @pingcess, @prinsepong, @essan-san and Ate Tina at their place around 11:00 in the morning. Dubai is more than an hour drive from Abu Dhabi and since our meetup will start at 1:00 in the afternoon, we decided to meet at this time so we won't be late. We also meet @arrliinn with her family in one of the gas station as planned, so we'll arrive at the location at the same time. We don't know the exact location as Dubai is so big and gladly, we arrived at the venue on time.
When we arrived, @iamdeth, kendallron, @cheche @sherylneil & @mr-neil are already there, waiting for us. We greeted each other as this is our first time seeing them. It's really fulfilling to see everyone who confirmed. Some of them are from the Emirates of Sharjah and we're really grateful to see everyone.
We started our lunch buffet with delicious Filipino foods. Then other steemians arrived. Since we'll be only able to use the meeting room around 3:30 pm, we started our discussion while eating. Ate @arrliinn discussed our proposed topic for the steemit beginners. Everything were discussed and we continued our discussion at the meeting room when it became available.

Thank you @steemph.uae family for this opportunity. It was nice seeing and knowing everyone! I'm delighted that our family is growing. Weekends are your rest day but still, you gave time for this meetup. Without all of you coming, this wouldn't be successful. I would like also to extend my appreciation to Terry (@surpassinggoogle) for his unending support, @bayanihan and @steemph family.
To The Ends of UAE, we'll never stop coming to you! Til our next meetup! Shukran!
