The goal of the Steem Ambassadors is to help support the amazing promotional/educational/humanitarian work that's happening, in a quite decentralised way, on the STEEM blockchain. The fact that people are talking about delegating to @steem-ambassador is wonderful. We have gone from a brand new account in december 2017, to one with lots of people delegating to it just 3 months later. And the purpose is important....we genuinely want to help brilliant promoters create great content. So yes, it's important. We are deliberately looking for external investment into the platform too, because we know that the way for #promo-steem movement will grow is to bring new money in.
