Promo Steem update
The official promo-steem team account and website launch countdown
I've been a bit quiet in the run up to Christmas and new year, in part because I've been dead busy on a number of interesting projects.
NEW WEBSITE INITIAL PHASE ALMOST DONE
One of them has been to put together the new website which will be the central point of focus for all Promo-steem activities going forward. Now, this site is going to rock, and I don't want to give too much away at the moment, but let me tell you, we are very excited about what it's going to do.
STEEM AMBASSADOR CENTRAL ACCOUNT
I'd also like to let everyone know that we have set up a new Steemit account using the name @steem-ambassador which will now be the central account for all #promo-steem core team activities.
Steem Ambassadors will be well known and trusted promoters with reputations for getting out there and telling the world about Steem and the Steemit platform, and we will be inviting all promoters who want to become Steem Ambassadors to apply. More details about that also coming very soon.
PROMO-STEEM WHITEPAPER
After a number of very in depth discussions with @stephenkendal and @starkerz (as well as plenty of other great and notable steemians) which have now gone on for some weeks, we have a whole roadmap and whitepaper ready to go, and a clear vision of how we are going to take promotional activities forward in the next year or so, and we wanted a single account which will be a completely transparent way for us to connect with the huge numbers of active promoters from around the world.
So, stay tuned, because the next couple of weeks we will be dropping some serious promo bombs!

@anarcotech great to see some screenshot of the promo-steem website that will be launched soon. Lots of huge efforts placed here, that I am sure will result in the increase of capturing new visitors attention, and thus decide to sign up (with any of the many options), and also educate them of what they can do here, and many more details.
I read what @starkerz wrote about the writing of blog posts for new people, that will help them learn to earn in the process. That is very interesting and would be excellent to know a bit more detail of how that will work.
Regarding the 11 Chapters/posts full Steemit guide, thanks for visiting those posts and for your support. My aim there is to help us many steemians as possible to understand as much as the can about steemit and the steem blockchain, and thus help them make their way on the platform, that will finally conclude in more value added to the blockchain too.

Yeah, there is going to be so much which people can contribute to the promo-steem site, and all the work we are hoping to do. Ultimately, we want it to be community driven, and for those like yourself who are generating brilliant work to be recognised as such, and part of it if you want to be. The work we are doing is for the benefit of the WHOLE community....we all know we have the best, and most widely used blockchain out there... and we want it to be right up there, recognised as such. We need folks like you. I may well be very quiet for a bit, as Im so busy with this site at the moment, but I would like you to contribute for us (if you're ok with that). I also have a proposition I'd like to talk to you about too offline, if we could have a skype/discord video chat sometime. Thanks man.
