Steemit ibadan ,, first of its kind

The much anticipated steemit ibadan meetup happened yesterday 24th of February 2018 and it was educative , fun filled , and inspiring .
The rain did try to stop me and even with the fact that I had to catch a early morning bus from Lagos to Ibadan ,, it was a cold weather due to the rain .
I got to the venue and was overwhelmed with the decorations and in attendance were few people I have communicated and made friends with on the platform.
The number of people in attendance got my attention as I now realize how big steemit is here in Ibadan ,Nigeria ,,

Good work from the comperes of the event , heard from the likes of @tojukaka @fisteganos ,, I also saw the pretty lady that encouraged me to join the platform @adejoke16 even though she was busy in ensuring the event was a success ,,

I learnt a lot about crypoto currency as well as making new friends and socialising on the platform ,putting up good contents as well ,, which I believe I have learnt and I feel motivated ,,
Oh , I won't forget the cake I saw the steemit logo on too ,, though I never got to taste it as I had to go with the next available bus back to Lagos .

I will be right to say, I came , I saw and I learnt ,, am looking forward to more meet up,,
We will keep growing ,, steemit has come to stay ,,, cheers
