Thank you! I believe it will, as it's already being used in forms in 3rd world countries fairly effectively. I've also seen bottle houses made that are supposedly better insulated and even bulletproof when stuffed with dirt and encased in concrete! I believe plastics are the best place to start in my mission of recycling. :) Thanks for the feedback!
