Yes it will be available as a platform that anyone can register to join. The website is up, but still a shell that is waiting development.

I have already 4 milk tokens but I don't know yet what exactly to do with it. But well, thank you for that. :)
Hold onto them for now. Soon they will have real value. But keep them for vests once the project is up and running. They will power up the cases you vote on, and bring back higher rewards once the cases are resolved.
