We've all been a part of a group project. You know, the project where one person takes the lead, leading some members to conclude their ideas are unwelcome some other opinions.
Thanks to experiences like this, it's no surprise why so many people have been scarred by the nightmares of past group projects.

I have been opportune to be a group leader a couple of times.I have observed that most times when we all put in collaborative effort we make good success.
But the problem most times is lack of cooperation and collaboration.
Most people have flimsy attitudes towards group works, which leads to failure of the group.
Forgetting that alone we can do little.
