Such a coincidence, that there is a telecommunication company over here in Nigeria called Airtel, I thought you referred to this through your topic but reading through made me know it's a bank. Never giving out OTPs at all to strange callers is a form of serious safety.
In india Airtel is also telecommunication company and Bank too..
