This post series is about my life and will be written like my logbook. I will tell you everyday what I am do and why I do it. I do not write it for money, but for motivating myself every day to achieve my goals. I keep it as transparent as possible because I do not want to fail or embarass myself in front of all SteemIt-Users. Nobody likes it to fail and this logbook will prevent me from being lazy or lacking motivation. It will push me to continue with my hard work and get things done. Selfimprovement is the keyword and I will do it every day!

How my day went

First of all, I'm sorry I didn't upload a vlog yesterday, but because of a certain lady it was impossible yesterday. *If you know what I mean

Today after getting up, I stood on the scales and saw a frightening 76.6 kg. By far my highest weight!

I have started my diet forcibly, but I will tell you more about it in the days to come. By the end of March, 73 kg or less will definitely be available. Cause that's my next bet on self-improvement. Only one cheatmeal a week without exceeding the kcal. At the End of the diet I want to weight around 68kg.

When I arrived at home I first set up the new loudspeakers and cleaned my whole room so that a perfect working atmosphere prevails.

Unfortunately I messed up my mentoring, which gives me a lot to think about. I wrote my own post about what the reasons are and how to get them under control. Read here

In the end I missed a unique opportunity and that gave me a lot to think about my current planning, motivation and work ethic. I will definitely have to correct this so that such mistakes do not happen again!

After this post I will go to sleep to prepare mentally for my day, my diet and my 3,5h training!

Steemit_Goals.png

Here you can see my goals and their current status, which I will definitely achieve this year. If I reach them faster they will be added later. Always remember that, “Standing still is a step backwards!”
Be like a shark - not only dreaded and dangerous, but always aware that when you stand still you can no longer breathe, and you die. Stay motivated, work hard, be persistent, and you will achieve your goals. Hard work overrides talent. Keep that in mind!

Good luck

You have a motivating and inspiring approach on things. Hope you find the right motivation inside of you and achieve not only your early goals, but your life goals.

I will, be sure!

I don't think you could class that as a "failure on Steemit booster .... but I also understand how you feel.

It is to me. Maybe I am way too motivated finishing all my stuff but it feels bad, that I did not make it..

That's a good thing. I was a would-be Olympic gymnast and swimmer for many years, probably too many years, so I understand the different levels that we set as "norms". But use it as motivation, and don't beat yourself-up with it. Advice from an old man, but still relevant my friend :-)

Thank you sir!
How was it to be an would-be Olympic gymnast? Pretty excited to hear that! Tell me please more about it. Unfortnally I started way too late with gymnastics

Everybody is a would-be Olympian at something, but I certainly didn’t have what it took to get there, especially at gymnastics. I started at 6 years of age and technically I was OK, but as I grew taller and gained strength, by 17 years of age I’d lost all of my flexibility. Looking back, training 6 days a week takes over your life and I missed out on a lot of kids stuff. Don’t regret what you didn’t do.

Good luck with the diet booster. I could benefit from dropping a few kg's myself.

20% bodyfatpercentage. Massphase escalated a little bit, but I gained a lot of strengh. It will be awesome to perform gymnastics at 12% again. Will feel like a new body again
