Worried about hidden conversations

I discovered my daughter was using secret chats on Snapchat after she got bullied at school. She deletes everything and I cannot see what is going on. My friend said there are apps that track messenger activity. Does anyone have a good recommendation for messenger tracking that covers multiple apps? Want to protect her without being too invasive.
