Need Coder to Automate Payments between Poker Mavens and Steem Blockchain

We're in need of someone to create a script that can talk with the Poker Mavens and Steem API's to automate payments on tournaments.
Poker Maven's software creates a text file, after a tournament finishes, which contains the names of the winners and how much they won. From there we need a script that can ...
- Look up a custom field in our Accounts.db for that player.
- Get the @steemitname in the custom field.
- Send payment in SBD on the Steem blockchain from our account to the players account.
That's it.

What language? Can I assume python?
Probably using one of the javascript api's. Though there are other options I am sure.
