Hi @magicmonk it's a pleasure to meet you here at Steemit! From what you've you stated (basic level) I think that you can call yourself a PHP dev! I'm adding you to my PHP list of those of us who hang out here at Steemit (not necessarily developing anything for Steemit but just enjoying the place)!
