Developer Resources for Steem

I'm hoping to have a play with creating a basic python app using the Steem API. I would describe myself as a beginner, have made a few basic python tools but mainly through trial and error/googling.

I want to collate a list of useful tutorials or guides on using the Steem API.

General:
