Curious to learn more! How can you build atop the steemit platform? I am also looking to create a DAPP and was considering using a token based strategy. I would like to share value though across various users who are contributing content so Steem did seem interesting yet I wasn't sure how to do that. Can you share your strategy?
Look thru steem APIs, there are many ways to do ...but everything ends in steem block chain and I am not quite sure the reward system can be customized.
