Why is my panda data set inflating when parsing it to a np.array (X = np.array(df))?

What do you mean by "inflating"? It's just being displayed in scientific notation.

I mean the values 12615603860 is not equal to 1.26156039e+10 look it inflated by .000000004 are you blind to this inflation?. Is this just in my head? that is inflation

It's being rounded for display purposes
