contact form 7 bug issue for file upoad?

hello developer any one can tell me how can i fix my contact form 7 issue where user can upload file and book image and cv then wil get to my email?

i fix all thing usig Guider but some time is work some time not work i am so much saturated how can i solve this issue [please any one know and have proper solution please share with me ?
