hey,, i am a newbie to PT, but i ve been trading stock markets for 2 decades, how has been your exoerience with built in strategies in PT. I am wondering whether to buy the license or not. My decsion will be influenced by whether or not it allows customization of strategies as well.
If you could please provide some guidance, would be massive help. would appreciate it very much!
Hello, sorry for the late response, but I kind of let my blog fall by the wayside until recently. You can customize the strategies in PT, especially now that 2.1 has been released and there are much more options for doing so. There are many more options now, including stochastic oscillator, stochastic RSI, and on-balance volume. I have had some success with many of the different strategies, but am most partial to stochastic RSI coupled with Bollinger Bands.
