I don't know much about steemit .

I have requested earlier also but nobody helped me out.

I want to upload this picture as my profile picture.

But I don't know what is PROFILE PIC URL

Please help.

go in settings - Public profile and add an URL address (web link). It will upload the pic a small image near your nickname.
