In this video I speak about the 2 minute rule. This is a great tool for overcoming procrastination.
It consists of 2 parts:
If something takes less than 2 minutes to do, do it now so you avoid getting overwhelmed with a lot of smaller things.
If it's more than 2 minutes just give it a go for two minutes and what you will find out is that you will keep going because once you start building momentum automatically you will keep going.
