Hmm...I actually never bought a huge sack of potatoes. I usually just pick up a few or half a dozen since I don't use that many of them in a given two-week period.
Thanks for the input. We also are only feeding two so we buy small. But the point we will be getting into is: A bag of potatoes or rice can feed a family of four for a week...
