Software Process Model

My goal is that the information that i got and i wanted to share this information with you.
Today i want to share information about Software Process Model.
There are two types o Software Process Model.

(1) plan Driven Process
(2) Agile Driven process .

But in this post i Want to discuss only Plan driven process.

Plan Driven Processes a process where the process activities are planesd in advances and progress is measured against this plan .In plan driven process,it is not neccesory to follow waterfall model,incremntal development is possible .
In this process we develop a Software step by step .During activities we can not jump specification to validation if specication is incomplete.

EXAMPLE
Water fall model is the best Example of plan driven process.
It takes at least 5 or 6 months to complete the project or can take even more time.
In above I discussed Water fall model.
But actually what is water fall model

water fall process are only appropriate when the requirements are well define and changes limited during the design process The plan driven nature of the water fall model helps coordinate work.
