Every person has own problems, which change from one to another. We have always a big fear from the future. all the time we worry about all kinds of things like: Job, finance issue, health, age, relationships.

What ever the level that you worry about these issues, always your body make the same thing: increases your cortisol levels.

Some researchers found a relationship between cortisol and diabetes, osteoporosis, and heart disease. Also, stress and fear can cause depression, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, and burn-out.

Some people think that they can face these thing doing something like: Take drugs, Have sex, Play video games, Party all night, etc..

Be sure, this will not solve the problem. Thinking outside the box make you forget your fair. Try to be happy, smile even if you don't want. try to make a positive environment around you, and be sure, day by day that will help.

if you lose your job, try to find new one. if you can't pay the bills, try to borrow some money from your family. if you heat your work position, try to stay until you find new one.

The good news is there is a simple solution: Self-monitoring, which turns worry into a constructive process. In a 2002 study, done by Szabo & Lovibond, students were asked to record their worries.

The results of that study demonstrated that you can turn worrying into a constructive process by focusing on finding a solution to your concerns.

How I Use Self-monitoring To Address Worry:

  1. Use a note-taking app and create a new note.
  2. List everything you worry about — and keep adding things to the list.
  3. Think of a solution for all your perceived problems.
  4. Then, start executing.
  5. Finally, don’t worry about things you have zero control over — those things you have to accept.
