Out with the old and in with the new
The old giveaway system wasn't working, there wasn't enough popularity to fund decent prizes. The old system had to go. The new prize ladder system will allow a chance of better prizes in every giveaway. As the prize ladder post gets votes, the prize will climb the ladder based on the amount of SBD generated from the post. Each rung on the ladder will have a better prize than the last. Once the prize ladder post pays out, a post will be created allowing steemians to enter.
