I don't know; but it might be that you already agreed to these terms when you signed up, a few weeks back. My accounts that were affected were both a year (or more) old.
Sounds like that must be the reason, it makes sense.
I am sure that I read someone else post about this as well, so you definitively aren't alone with this.
