Raymond Elwood Lear's false Imprisonment!
He was a member of The Guardian Angels, a world renowned and respected crime-fighting force, meritoriously recognized for their bravery and public service. Before the Holy Spirit descended in Jerusalem in 2011, Raymond Elwood Lear was being drafted to run for office in Chicago, to clean up the massive corruption that existed there.
His time as commander of Chicago's Guardian Angels made him a celebrated local hero that the people trusted, because he was incorruptible. He had no criminal or domestic violence history at all, but when he was running for office to clean up Chicago's corruption, those in power got a group of Indiana cops to kidnap and drug his fiancé, kill his father, and falsely arrest both him and his elderly mother on a trumped-up charge of battery against his fiancé.
There was no evidence, no witnesses, and a medical report showed no evidence of abuse. The cops kept her drugged and in hiding in Indiana, forcing her into their prostitution ring, claiming that they didn't kidnap her, but were just "protecting her". The cops' story was so unbelievable, that a congressional investigation was launched because of the obvious conspiracy. The court refused to give him a jury, even when a higher court ordered it, and they sent him to prison on what was by Indiana statute a first offense misdemeanor.
The border of Chicago/Indiana is the region of greatest official corruption in America. Anybody who looks at the records sees how it was all trumped up, but of course people don't look into the facts, they hear "wife beater", and they reach an automatic conclusion that it must be true... Which is of course what the politicians wanted, so he could never run for office.

Some lesser known facts about the case:
The cops needed a "legal" case to stop Raymond from running for Governor of Illinois, so they manufactured a domestic battery case, and tried to manufacture evidence to support it, but they only had control over their local court and jail; anyone outside of that influence was a risky wildcard, like the emergency room doctor they needed to get an abuse diagnosis from, but the court transcripts show that the doctor could find NO EVIDENCE of the beating the cops claimed had just happened, and the doctor didn't even understand why the lead police detective personally brought her to the hospital, because according to the doctor's written statement in the court transcripts, she said "I feel fine", so there never was any evidence of the charges of felony battery the cops made against Raymond.
The cops that kidnapped and drugged his fiancée were getting scared when they found out Raymond had contacted federal law enforcement agencies to rescue her, so to make it look like she was with them willingly, one of the cops involved "married her", so they could have more legal and medical control over her.
The court transcripts show that the lead police detective admitted on the stand that he "ordered" that no one was allowed to drug test her, even though there were court filings to have it done... They even blocked psychiatric commitment court orders that would have rescued her.
They blocked lawyers and private investigators from speaking to Raymond while he was being held for years in their jail, and they blocked his phone calls and mail to federal law enforcement agencies.
They had his elderly mother in jail, and she was only allowed pre-trial release when a substitute judge was on the bench for a day.
They refused to release Raymond; refused to allow him an outside attorney; refused to give him a jury trial (even though it was ordered by a higher court), and forced him to sign a guilty plea, or they would put his mother back in jail to die... He signed to save his mother, and he was then sent to prison on a plea that said he and his fiancée "slapped each other" (an allegation no one made), which under their own law, would not have been more than a low-level first offense misdemeanor.
And seeing this kind of corruption within Chicago headlines daily it is not hard to believe the obstacles that were thrown his way. They enabled corruption ...very sad. It is good that the truth is revealed here. Thank you!
