For services that offer you to print you a 3D model of your choice from various materials things are often different as the devices and the printing technology used by the high-end machines they use works differently and the use of support material is usually not required. These machines however are usually in the tens and hundreds of thousand USD and are clearly out of the budget that people have for a home 3D printer.
