How PTC works?

The second phase of the process is where the actual recruitment process is carried out. Let’s say an employer wants to hire web developers with two years of work experience for his company in Chicago.  

The employer has to download the PTC app, seeks approval and access the web developers-Chicago skill community. The employer will post about the job requirement, eligibility criteria, and all the required information. Based on the parameters of the employer a smart contract is formed and the job-seekers that comply with all of it are notified.  

The candidates who apply are scheduled for an interview through an automated system. The senior job-seekers who are available and are experienced interview the junior candidates who suit the parameters of the employer. The interview process will consist of technical, soft skills, behavioral skills and can be done through a video call that is integrated into the PTC app. The candidates who crack the interview get selected and are short-listed.  

From the short-listed candidates the employer can further evaluate and select the best fit. This is how time is saved throughout the whole process and it is possible only with the PTC app. 

PTC also does their background checks. Candidates that clear interviews and background are notified in the Skill Community with blue and green ticks.
